Yellowhammer

Well, today was a dog walk with a difference - NO DOG! Symphony is having some problems with her paws, constantly licking them, resulting in irritation and soreness. As a result, she is reluctant to walk very far, so walks are of a length, enough to allow her bodily functions to occur. So, after a brief walk we returned home and, due to the pleasant morning, I decided to still walk over the fields to the Rainsbrook and then back along the Great Central Walk (Ashlawn Cutting).

Yellowhammer (obviously a late brood to be fed)

It may only be September, sunny and mild but already thoughts turn to Christmas!

  2. Thank you Bernard. The pool is covered in green algae and looks very "unloved". Hopefully it will one day return to its former glory.
